Cancellations and Missed Appointments

You must confirm your appointment no later than 10:00 am local time on the day of our session.

If you do not confirm at least one hour before the appointment time, you may forfeit the deposit.

Deposits can be transferred if you reschedule an existing appointment.

Rescheduling must be agreed at least 24 hours before the existing appointment.

No refunds if you miss your appointment or cancel your reservation.
